~ Bob's Day Off Headlines ~
Friends and fans and everyone who has been with us
for the past 10 or so years. Bob's Day Off will be performing it's last
show at Bridge Street Station on December 31, 2006. We know this might
come as a shock to most of you, but just like every family, there comes
a time when you have to leave the nest and try new things. The five
members of BDO have decided to dissolve the band. This has certainly
been one of the best experiences of my (Gitano's) life and I owe a debt
of gratitude to everyone who has been with us all this time and saw us
through some of the "lean" years as well as the good ones. Though BDO is
hanging up the mic, you can be sure that each of the members of the band
will be performing in new bands and configurations. I will try to spend
the next month keeping you all up to date with all news on that front.
Again, thank you, every one of you, sincerely. We
will miss it as much as you.
